If you took notes on every important thing, you could look through your notes through the deck's tagging system and unsuspend it. If it is not in the deck, then make your card for that topic. Anking is like an updated version of MileDown where they worked on tags, organization, etc. JS is a much larger deck that covers everything. probably the most comprehensive deck there is. Anking/Miledown are smaller decks but still very good. if you have a lot of time and want to cover every single piece of material, use JS.

I recently downloaded the miledown deck and I have it formatted like this: The problem I am running into is when I review the master deck thinking its going to pull cards from each topic, it is not. I don't want to study each deck separately each day as that will consume a lot of time.

Did not use Anking or Anki for Step1. using it now for clinical rotations with the Anking Step 1 V7/ Step 2 V2 deck which had around 16.4k cards and then down to 14.6K if you delete the !DELETE tag.
